Hm, well if there's one skill I'd like to learn, it's probably steeking. And learning to do set in sleeves. The idea of chopping my knitting sends shivers up my spine, and I can't imagine doing it! Although, the concept does sound rather handy. Easy circular knitting, and then just chop away. I can imagine the finishing would be a pain the behind. I think I'll stick with pullovers for now...
As for set in sleeves- my sewing isn't as up to par as it could be. I much prefer to graft everything together, but unfortunately, beautiful patterns such as Bridie, which require more seaming than I'd like to imagine.
